once again I find downloading and reading the latest version of the magazine impossible to do. I get the connection ,then the loading symbol and that goes on indefinitely. some pages load and others not I have waited for 30 mins or longer and nothing happens .. I have commented on this many times and have had no explanation from from you. If you are serious about using this method of accessing “focus” I will have to consider not renewing next year.
I have not been able to get this to work. I have a fair rxperience with computers but this system is ridiculous. I havent been able to get any copies up. I have tried to ubsubscribe but it wnbt even let me do that.
Please cancel and revert to a printed edition delivered to me. Thank you
