There is a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system going live on the council website.
This will help residents wishing to report issues online rather than through phone or email.
The system is designed to keep you informed of progress.
The more residents that use these systems will allow the employees more time to respond to requests from residents who are unable to access the council online (not all of us have a PC)
This will speed up responses to both user groups. It takes a lot of effort for emails and phone calls to be logged, and being able to log your issue online will reduce this burden.
Please try out the systems if you are able to.
There are some issues we are dealing with as we find them, if you see a problem let us know.
Over the coming months (by the end of the year 2023) we expect to finish the project.
