The council have announced that Parking Charges are to be reintroduced on Monday 13th July.
The ON STREET PARKING (pay and display) will allow for 1 hour free parking – you will need to get a ticket from a P&D machine.
This is roughly 70 spaces in Hornchurch.
The Council Car Parks in Hornchurch and Upminster will be chargeable ( NO free parking) – it is not clear if Sundays will be free or not.
The Council Car Parks outside of Hornchurch and Upminster will maintain their 30 minute free parking.
The 20% discount for using the ‘card-less parking app’ for parking in the car parks will not start until the 3rd August
