We have been fighting to get the free half hour parking back in the car parks for Hornchurch and Upminster.

The administration agreed to give back free ‘on street’ parking (that is parking where you get a ticket from a meter) across Havering from April 1st (no joke)

I requested information about how many spaces this covers across the borough. The form below show how many spaces per Ward will be available.

It is a start for Hornchurch and Upminster – but I feel the Leader of the council is using us to help pay for other parts of the borough while our traders struggle to make a living.

We will continue to fight for the return of the free half hour in our car parks.
