HIps Fish & Chips Fish Shop in Elm Park (near Elm Park Underground Station) has been closed now for nearly three weeks with a message on the door stating that there is an electrical fault in the shop?. Why has it not been sorted out yet, as there is a distinct fish smell everytime one passes the shop, near the bus stop. Why is this like this? Missing a lovly fish shop here, so what is happening?
