Superintendent Lisa Butterfield has taken over from Superintendent Mark Long.

Ms Butterfield is responsible for Neighbourhood Policing in Three boroughs and although her office is at Ilford Police Station she will be working at various stations keeping in touch with her teams and partners, such as local councils.

Detective Chief Superintendent Stephen Clayman is still the Tri-borough Commander.
