Residents have been in touch to find out why the little stream that runs through Harrow Lodge Park, behind Hartland Road is blue?
Thames Water are carrying out lots of tests in and around Hornchurch to try and identify misconnections at businesses and houses, to do this, they use blue or green dye in the water. The dye is not harmful to wildlife, but it helps to find out where the misconnections are.
