Havering WILL go into TIER 3 Restrictions from Wednesday 16th December

Havering will enter Tier 3 ‘Very High Alert’ restrictions from 00:01 on Wednesday.
This means that current restrictions will change.
Here’s what you need to know
You can meet in groups of up to six people in outdoor public spaces. No mixing of households indoors or in private gardens.
Hospitality is closed, with the exception of sales by takeaway, drive-through or delivery
Indoor leisure can continue, but no group activities or classes should take place.
Retail can remain open, along with hairdressers, barbers, beauty salons and other personal care services, as long as they follow COVID-19 secure guidelines
Avoid travelling outside your area, other than where necessary such as for work or education.
Places of worship can open, but you cannot interact with anyone outside your household or support bubble.

Face coverings must be continue to be worn on public transport and in enclosed areas, including shops, shopping centres, public buildings, and cinemas. Breaking this rule can result in a fine.
We all need to do our bit to stop the spread of the virus by sticking to these rules, keeping a distance, wearing a face covering when required, washing your hands regularly and getting tested if you have symptoms.
