Following the high winds this year, another 90+ year old Poplar tree has fallen!
This was swiftly dealt with by the Parks Department within hours of being reported, well done team!
As you may have read on the Hylands Park history post, In November 1932, Girl Guides from Romford and district planted an avenue of poplars at Hylands Park, commemorating the coming of age of the Girl Guides movement.
