If you are making a trip to the tip next week, the one-way diversion into & out of Gerpins Lane will be removed from Monday, 10 August.
From Monday, you will be able to enter & leave the site again from either Warwick Lane or Aveley Road as before.
Following the further easing of lockdown, the Council’s traffic marshalls will be scaled down in numbers but will still be in place to deal with any traffic issues.
The usual opening hours remain, 7.30am to 5.45pm Monday to Sunday.
Visitors should be reminded they may still experience queues as social distancing measures remain in place on the site, which is managed by ELWA [East London Waste Authority].
