Dear Residents,
Normally applying for and renewing Parking Permits is an online only process. Residents without access to a PC or family & friends to help them are directed to the Public Advice & Service Centre in Romford where assistance is available.
Unfortunately owing to the PASC being closed, this face to face assistance is currently unavailable, however if residents telephone the main council switchboard number 01708 – 434343, then select option 9 you will be able to speak to a council advisor. Residents will then be routed to a specialist advisor who will assist with your online parking permit renewal application.
In addition the council does have a paper application form, (see attached), which you can either print off or posted to residents for them to complete and return with your relevant supporting documentation. The council are also arranging for these paper applications to be distributed to local libraries, should residents wish to collect an application form from there.
