Reuse and recycling centres in Havering, Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge and Newham are set to re-open on Monday.
The East London Waste Authority (ELWA), who manage all four sites, has announced tips in Chigwell Road, Frizlands Lane, Gerpins Lane and Jenkins Lane will all begin operating again.
They have been closed for the last six weeks due to the coronavirus crisis, leading to a rise in fly-tipping across the four boroughs.
The ELWA is anticipating long queues and asking residents to limit visits to essential travel only.
Anyone who can store waste at home or have their local council collect it should do so.
