It is with some amazement and frustration that I must inform residents that the Bus Stop in Hornchurch Town Centre was once again hit by a bus this morning and is now taped off for safety reasons.

I have been in touch with both Transport for London and Stagecoach Buses to ask them not to make the same mistakes that were made last year when they terminated buses at Devonshire Road. I explained the problems this had caused many our resident at that time.

I will update residents via our web site when I have a clearer picture of what TFL decide to do.

I am pleased to announce that TFL have confirmed that the temporary bus stop is in place and will remain until the shelter is repaired.
