  1. Thank you. A very useful page. I gave them feedback asking what happens outside doctors if ticket runs out. One doesn’t know, despite an appointment, how long one might wait to see doctor. Does one receive PCN if held too long? It’s literally highway robbery. Bring back free parking.

  2. That is a dual edged sword.

    The free parking was for 30 mins, if you parked for the free 30 mins and was not back in time you would have had a 10 min grace period (as you had a free ticket) – however if the time (and grace period) was expired you could be issued a PCN (fine)

    The minimum parking time for someone buying a ticket was 1 hour.

    I am with you – I would love to see the return of free parking for all. The council would need to make up the loss of revenue elsewhere though.
